Visiting Roger Wilco
A rare programmer with a smile.
Programmers get a bum wrap for being moody, grumpy and not all too friendly. Not Gavin. Gavin Bell, has been with Roger Wilco just since May and seems to really be enjoying his job there. He is the Head of Development and his responsibilities include code writing, and working on future versions. He tells me a version 2 is in the works for the near future. Gavin spends time answering emails as well. In his spare time, he likes to juggle things around the office. I mean, "real" juggling - like objects found around the office.
Gavin's previously worked at Silicon Graphics making VRML (virtual reality modeling). He did a lot of programming with 3D graphics and other cool stuff.
