Well for Where in the World #45 we travelled to a little island in Lake Erie, known as Rattlesnake Island, Ohio. This place has a interesting history behind it, lots of secrets and wild tales. Although now it seems to be opening up as more of a resort for folks to visit. Check into details here.

So for November 2011 and WITW #46 we shall need to head east across the Atlantic Ocean to an airport that is in a nice hot spot and one I like to use when I want to do test flights of new aircraft. As most airports in the region it is basically a military base, but is served by three airlines. Plans are set to allow it to handle 3 million people a year.
