September 5, 1997. Noble Air is pleased to announce the opening of its 22nd hub in DFW - Dallas Forth Worth. Pilot applications are accepted right now and the first Noble Air flight out of our DFW hub will take off on September 8th. Our local management team is made up of Edward Weneski, hub captain (Email: EWeneski@compuserve.com or 105701,3452 on CIS) and Sam Tew, assistant hub captain (Email: 71112.2607@compuserve.com or 71112,2607 on CIS). Edward has had previous management experience with another virtual airline before he joined Noble Air. Sam, on the other hand, is aircraft controller in his real life job. Both will make a very good team and pilots joining this hub will certainly have an interesting, pleasant and educational experience.

This hub will operate on both Compuserve, Flight Simulation Forum, Simulated Airlines Section, in the usual manner and on internet. The web site address for the DFW Hub is URL: http://ourworld.compuserve.com/homepages/eweneski and it can also be accessed through Noble Air's main page whose URL is shown below.

Noble Air is a virtual airline dedicated to serving the flight simulation community. We currently have close to 1,000 pilot members. Facilities and services are available free to anyone who would like to have the challenge of recreating the assignments of real commercial pilots, either flying commuter aircraft or longer range jets, either for domestic or international flights. Noble Air provides a simplified airline management system with a pilot perspective and is structured with 21 hubs, each one having established extensive flight schedules.

Noble Air is currently managed by a team of more than 45 volunteers helping to run our 22 hubs. These are dedicated individuals who devoted lots of their free time to provide satisfaction to hundreds of flight simmers. They are the most valuable part of our organization, next to our pilots.
