Well done Jerry.

That place is very strange indeed. Does anyone know if it's actually like that? Or similar to it anyway..

Jerry,
You must have the most hours logged in Briefing Time so far. This B-25 will obviously remain as one of your all time favs! Curious to see what the freeware B-25 from Roy Chaffin will offer?
As for the Banff airport ... I have been to Banff Alberta and I have driven by the road leading into the airport. The airport is definitely on high elevation, but there is no way the elevation drops off as quickly as depicted in the sim.

Thanks Laurie.. I doubted it would be quite as dramatic as in FS of course.. :-)

Yeah...that airport is nothing like that in real life...but, unfortunately, it is illegal to use it for anything other than emergencies, and Parks Canada will fine the pilot $1 Canadian for landing there. Why is it illegal to operate there? Well, that's a good question. The heritage minister thought that the airport, and the army cadet camp across the road "spoiled the pristine environment of Banff National Park"...no mention of the hundreds of diesel-powered tour buses that blast around Banff and the park, though...;-)

Incidentally, I live within an hour's drive of Banff, so its sort of neat to see shots of my own backyard.
