Its been a while since I posted here; but this post is the Flight of Apollo 8 from liftoff to Lunar Orbit! Anyways, enjoy the pics!

/\Well there was a lapse in taking the shots from the leaving earth's orbit to the moon, like aligning the orbital planes, and the Lunar Orbital Insertion(LOI), but this pic shows Apollo 8 Orbiting the moon! Thats our home, the blue planet above the barren and dry lunar landscape. I can't wait to get back home. :-)

Great shots, nice separation sequences! Orbiter is great, where did you get that Apollo and launch pad?

Cheers!

Thanks

I got the Saturn V from avsim, but here is a direct link anyway http://spacebarjoe.free.fr/. Its called NASSP. Also download Earth 1962, which has nice Gemini/Mercury Launchpads. Get OrbiterSound also http://orbiter.dansteph.com/

It took me around 3ish days to get to moon.
