Many, many.....many many many many many thanks goes out to Ashley for all his help today. Like Chuck said....the man's got an increadible amount of patience! Thanks Ash!

This is my first attempt...how feeble it is....at a re-paint. I thought I'd go out on a limb and assume that Oregon State saw the need for a jet to transport it's sports teams. So here she is. Oregon State's first charter jet! An MD-80 provided by Project AI. Someday I'll get around to putting these textures onto a more FS realistic plane:) Here she is...a little more than half down up at PDX getting painted at the Horizon Air hangars and tarmac area before being flown down to Eugene. I need to tweak with the lettering. It needs to be more twards the front. I'll work out the bugs, and show the finished product soon I hope!

And now....Here she is!

I noticed this was going a bit further down the page, and decided to bump it :D :-lol

Keep going with the repaints :D

I find it quite interesting....everyone says repainting is hard, yet when they are shown how to do it, they actually create some pretty interesting colour schemes :D

Im impressed with my students :D :-lol

If my students go on to repaint POSKY and PA aeroplanes, they'll definitely be much better than I am now...as I can't paint those planes!. I know how to, but im too lazy to put it in to practice ;-) :-lol :-lol

Keep repainting :D

Nice job! The PAI aircraft are fun to paint! GMAX aircraft are the best to paint since you don't have to paint 35 different bmps like FSDS and fight with the L bmps and the LL bmps. For the metallic look on my Overseas National 747 I took one of my
pots from my kitchen and took a photo of the side of it with my digital camera. I have not had success with reflective textures, the whole DXTBMP tga thing is driving me crazy. I tend to avoid Paint shop pro and Adobe photoshop for painting and just use MS Paint since it is a lot more user friendly.
