i lost my wing by hiting a tree and then i used the slew mode to get the plane up. i was aproaching boston logan intl from shannon ireland

Its default on the A330. I was once flying the PSS A320, and I was pushing back from Newark, and my plane suddenly exploded for no reason! I wonder if I had a bomb on me. :-)

These pictures are the reason Flight One and Dreamfleet NEVER put damage modelling into the aircraft. I truly wish FS would do away with it altogether.

Its true. why do you post these screen shots? Pilots are here to fly planes (heck even if your a virtual pilot) not here to crash and say Oh looky what happend over 200 people died in my plane! Whoop de do! you seem more sick if you post pics of the plane crashing..why not a pic of it inflight? just my 2 cents!

It's NOT real! It NEVER REALLY happened!
NOBODY DIED, NO REAL-ESTATE GOT DESTROYED!

If you whiners are so dern touchy about crash pictures, go and fire off some of you over-sensitive e-mails to airliners.net, which hosts an ENTIRE SECTION devoted to REAL LIFE CRASHES.
If you have nothing positive to say, then say nothing and let this post(Which is obviously offensive to you) fade into the background.

Maybe because some of these things happen for no reason. I recently had a fire break out on a PA A320 for no reason. Started smoking, then caught fire when I was rolling out. I posted the photos in hopes someone could explain WHY it happened ???

I would like to have better damage too. I wonder why planes randomly set fire too. I don't mind if its something random, but he flew into a tree. Thats not that unique, I do it all the time.

I have no problem with the "aircraft" exploding into pixilated balls of flame. Marcins pictures are not nearly as bad as this kid at surclaro, who refers to his exploding 737s as acts of terrorism, that angers me. Im not sure why something like that would not anger somebody who is mature.

I just don't understand why people have to post planes with one wing because they hit a tree. I really wouldn't care if it was that the wing randomly broke off at Fl 320, then we can try to make sense of it happening, like Virtual NTSB.

I guess people won't understand what im trying to say. But its just my views, and if I have different views, it doesn't mean something is wrong with me. Right now I could be wondering what the hell your problem is Michael. But im just gonna let this go by, because I really don't care about how you people will critize my views.

Just curious, why would a "serious" flight simmer need damage anyway? Not like they are actually trying to crash, I rarely crash and when I do I don't need to think it needs to go as far as seeing your aircraft be rippeding into a billion pieces and explode into a ball of flame, the simple "Crash!" screen thing is quite fine with me. Just my opinion.

ok yeah so what I was a little touchy..sorry..just was kinda going with the flow of the post :-lol I actually do sometimes peek at airliners.net crash photo section as I am always intrested in the whys and hows of crashes. I admit it is a simulation and heck sometimes I even push my plane to the "breaking" point. anyways sorry about the yelling :'(
