need some help

I would like to post a screen shot to the form but I am unable to get the image under 100k. I am saving the shot as a jpeg, which is running about 170k. I zip it but it only compresses about 4% still too big. How do I save my screenshots so they are under a hundred k

Simply resize the image. If you have Paint Shop Pro 7, just go to Resize, select by Percentage, and enter 50%, then click OK. Save it once again as a JPEG, and that should cut it down to around 75kb or so. You can also reduce the color to 256 colors, if needed.

Guess I kinda figured it out for myself. Only way I could do it was to lower the resolution in the sim. This kinda stinks. They should up the limit to 200kb for screneshots. Thats another ? for you guys though. What resolution gives the best graphics quality.
