Ok, what has happened here ?. All of a sudden the wording has started to show up really big on my screen. Why ?. How do I change it back to the normal setting ?. Please help me...

Go to view, textsize, smallest. Or whichever you prefer

Or...

If you have a scroll mouse, press Control then move the scroll button up or down.
