Would I see a difference in performance if I switched out my Gforce2 MX 400 for a Microstar 836 G2 TI 64meg for the better?

My system is

20gigHD
384 PC133Ram
Antalon 900 mhz proc.
K-7A motherboard

would it be worth shelling out extra clams for it.

also could I push my sliders more to the right and turn on Dynamic scenery all the time?
