Miserable landing, was able to control on the Runway...:-lol

Still able to taxi without the plane exploding

Oddly enough, I was missing one gear, one engine, one wing..and the plane was still driveable, although I didnt try to take off. I guess any landing you can walk away from is a good one.

All you have to do is enable aircraft visual damage...there is a file you can download off of flightsim.com, or you can edit the aircraft.cfg file individually...this only seems to work on the default aircraft. See the text below, and add the line you see in bold print.
