I dislike it even more. The only good that will come out of this is that Forgotten Battles should be on my doorstep next week sometime, but as for CFS3 I think its comming off my hard drive as soon as FB shows up.

Well, Forgotten Battles arrived today! And I must say, that it is fantastic. Those of you that don't have it. GET IT! I sure hope the next Flight Simulator doesn't reflect CFS3.

Hi, I'm dissappointed also in CFS3. Ready to get something better. Could you give me some info on the Forgotten Battles. Sounds good. Hope I don't have the trouble I had with CFS3. Where is it available--How does it play--what's in it--etc. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Robt.

FB has over 30 flyable aircraft, each with their own cockpits. Unlike the original you are not limited to flying for the Russians or Germans, you can now choose US, British and several others on both the axis and the allied sides. Like the original they rely heavily on OpenGL, this gives the program a real illusion of flight. Another option I really like is that the pilot in the plane moves independantly of the aircraft, head bobbing, thus when you are struck by anti-aircraft fire your almost feel it. I will take some screen shots later on and find somewhere to post them, but you can go to UBI.COM and they have a real good introduction of the product. Screen shots, videos.. CFS3 is now officially off my hard drive and FB gets the most of my attention.

Have Fun
