I stopped the stutters on CFS3

I tried a lot of stuff, but what worked for me was checking off:

Disable Write-Only Vertex Buffers
Disable Write-Only Index Buffers

in the overrides. I hope it helps someone; I've read a lot about the problem and never saw anybody recommend this.

I tried it, helped me. I also did a bunch of other stuff too. I turned V-sync off on my video card, I also set the antialaising to 0 on my vid card. After the patch, I have no stuttering problems at all. The game runs pretty smooth.
If I dont disable the above stuff though, I get some crazy graphic anomolies.
Now, I just need to figure out how to not lose the war....
