Hi, folks I decided to ask for these from the wife for XMAS.

Anyone around here have preference for wired or wireless?

Seems to me the wired would not get misplaced, cheaper, simpler, but possibly the wire is annoying or in the way when for instance using the Tracker IR?

Wire is annoying. Go for Wireless every time, (Batt life up to 60 hours!)

By the way I cannot get these glasses to work in CF3 without all the textures getting mixed up!

If you get the wireless ones you should not mislay them as they are fairly fragile & should not just be thrown in a box. I keep mine in an air bubble bag!

Ok, you talked me into the expensive wireless set. Have to leave hints laying around now about which I want under the tree :).

Edimensional says they are encouraging MS to create a .dll or something to get TrackerIR working in CFS3, so maybe they will also lobby for a 3D glasses fix.
