CFS3

I purchased CFS3 a week ago, did a full install, and have already uninstalled, and if I hadn't mailed in the rebate request would return the software for full credit. My system runs FS2002 with maximum detail, etc. very smoothly, but performance with CFS3 is terrible. The frame rate is jerky, aircraft are near impossible to control at times, and the Sidewinder Force Feedback 2 doesn't perform properly either. My system is P4 - 1.8, 512 mb ram, GeForce Ti4600, 128mb video card. This program appears to be a giant step backwords for Microsoft.

my system is a P4 2.0GHz, 256RDRAM and a GeForce 2 MX400 64mb... and it runs CFS3 very well! :-)
I had to download the latest drivers and so I got the new 40.72 one... runs like a charm :-)

I agree with you on the Force feedback issue, I have a MS Force Feedback 2 too and have had to disable it, will MS be addressing this issue?... doubt it!
