Has anybody here downloaded adam preece's harrier models?
If u have would u mind enlightening me as to how i am supposed to hover the aircraft without it smashing nose first into the ground?!!!
I know that the flaps are used to control the thrust angle but at full flaps 5the aircraft just wants to pitch nose down and slowly lose height untill it eats dirt!!!!
Any help would be much appreciated!

Just a quick note on flying the Harrier in the hover. To prevent the nose dropping, you need to click the 'Auto' button on the autotrim gauge on the left hand side of the cockpit panel.

I know that for certain Turboprops (i.e. the default Kingair)it creeps while you are idle, and what I have done with that is make sure the props are feathered (which is the usual routine I beleive). For jet engines you don't feather the blades soooo it really is a matter of just having the throttles at NIL and Parking brake set. They might have way too much thrust driving the aircraft (i.e. it is overclocked in the numbers they set in the parameters).
