I noticed that nobody makes good sport aircraft, or at least I cant find em. This would be a good one for Brian Gladden, I am looking for a nice model of a homebuilt aircraft, besides the rv-6/rv-6a Any suggestions.

For instance a GlaStar, they are nice aircraft, a KitFox, I tested one of these, when choosing my aircraft to build, it was really nice, but I choose a GlaStar. Theres always Pulsars too.

Benbo,

I have a Glasair III in the early stages of development right now, also considering the new Glastar Sportsman 2+2. As well, Robert Christopher resently released a nice Lancair Legacy.

When you say sport aircraft, I assume you mean kit or experimentals. As for sport (sporty ?) aircraft, I released a Super Decathlon about 3 months ago for FS8 and am currently working on an FS9 update. While not an experimental, I personally think she's rather sporty...

Well, the main focus will be for FS9, but I might be able to squeeze out an FS8 version. I suppose that will depend on the number of sim pilots interested. It's much to early to say at this point...

Speaking of FS8, I think Bob's Legacy comes in both flavors and it's very easy on the eyes. He did an excellent job modeling the fuselage, very smooth as is the real deal. Plus, there's a bunch of nice looking repaints out for it, I would imagine they work on either version. :)

I posted my Excalibur homebuilt aircraft here a few days ago, and will shortly be posting an upgraded version.

Awesome! Them are the details I LIKE, but many designers dont include the little stuff like that, do you have any other planes that are small, and sport aircraft.

No, that is the only one I have built. Did you notice the animated throttle leverl and control stick?

I FOUND IT!!! It doesnt work on my FS though, I've got 2002, the wins dont fold, and the gauges are not there. Oh Well. Are you comming out with an fs2002 version?

Unfortunately, no plans for a 2002 version. I have already removed 2002 from my machine. As for the gauges, move the excalibur.cab file to the gauges directory and that will fix the gauges I think. For the wingfold, make sure you have the key SHIFT-F assigned to wingfold in the keyboard assignments.

Although I would say 2004 is worth the upgrade :)
