I am interested in creating panels for Flightsim 2004. I was wondering what program people use to make gauges and the panel itself. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

This question is better asked in the Panel Design Forum:
http://www.flightsim.com/cgi/kds?ViNk606e=Panel/msg.htm
They have a FAQ (but it doesn't appear to have been updated fro FS9...)

Hope this helps

I purchased a most amazing program called Flight Sim Panel Studio. It was perhaps $29.95 USD. I can actually pause my plane in FS2002/2004, edit the panel and insert of change a guage, and restart the flight with the newly adjusted panel. You can make your own panel backgrounds, edit them, (with other art like programs and then reinsert them), and you can also modify or create your own guages with the same program. I highly stand behind this program. I believe you can purchase a copy online so you can get it right now. It has a good tutorial system in it. You can find it at www.flight1.com. Have fun.
