Landing Light

I am using FS2004 and have a problem with my nose gear landing light. At night, the light goes on and off when looking at the plane from the spot plane view. As soon as you switch to the cockpit view you cannot see the light beam in front of the panel. I have been using FS Design Studio V2.24 and believe I have followed the correct proceedure for making the landing light illuminate. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Have you made the landing light parts in the "forward" model?

I have made the landing light parts in the main model but not on the virtual cockpit. I'm not quite sure what you mean by the forward model. I hope you are on to the problem.

Problem solved. I see what you meant. I went into FSDS and found I needed to create a "front view" model and put the landing light part there. Everything now works fine. Thanks for the help.
