Ok Hi people
Hope your all well.
Ok i have over the last week been getting into gmax i have done all the tutorials and even figured out how to export and make my aircraft so i can fly it :)
I have desided to start small and make a cessna then work my way up getting bigger each time. my Q is were do i find them back ground pictures??????
I have spent hours looking around the net with no luck.
Also one little think i did the P38 just like the tutorial said but for some reason it flys backward i delated it all and remade it but still the same any of you had that problem?

Many thanks

As to your P-38 tutorial.. :) It's obvious that the tutorial wasn't meant to become a flight simulator plane (after all, where's the landing gear). The trick is that the view are reversed. The "left" view is really the right side of the P-38. Your "front" view in gmax is really the rear in FS.

In gmax, just select all parts and rotate them 180 degrees.

Hi Paul198112. I tried to go through the GMAX P-38 tutorial but I can't find the background pictures and files they are asking me to use. Do you know where I could find them?

If you've installed the tutorials per the instructions, they should be in your c:\gmax\tutorials\P38 folder.

Glad I don't feel like modeling planes! Sounds very confusing and looks very confusing from the pictures i've seen. Good luck with gmax!
