Is it possible to set up multiple cockpit views

Is it possible to set up diffrent views in fsim 2004 simailer to what was done in combat 3 where they had diffrent postions e.g tail gunner bomberdier etc... If this was possible it would be great to set up a passenger location

In FS2002 - no.

In FS2004 - I believe no. But then, Microsoft has not yet released an FS9 SDK. I would presume not, if none of the default a/c have that feature.
