hello peoples
i am new to gmax and aircraft design so i decided i want to use gmax and create things. i have 2 problems/questions

1) i have abacus FSDS2 and was wondering is it possible to import a model you make in this program into gmax
2) this is a little problem i am facing

as you can see the FILE/import import is greyed out. how do i ungrey it (please ignore the circle)

#1 - At this time, you cannot export an FSDS2 model other then to a flightsim (*FS2000, FS2002, CFS2) model. Unless you can take the XML output of the File ->Export function and convert it to DXF or some other format recognizable by gmax.

#2 - I would say you have an installation problem with gmax, because at a minimum, you should be able to import 3DS, and DXF types (presuming you've got gmax 1.1/1.2).
