I recently downloaded the FS98 SDK, and I thought it was helpful at first. Then I realised that, though it went on and on about the container structure, it had NOTHING about making NEW aircraft/panels, airfiles, and so on. Just modifying existing stuff. And not much of that either. Isn't that the whole purpose of the SDK? When I'm done screwing around with the existing aircraft, can't I make NEW aircraft to screw around with?
And also, how could I get flight plans for fs98, considering I dont have active WINZIP liscence or fs2k?

Sadly that SDK was a big gripe of developers--it really didn't tell them anything they didn't already know.

If your going to be in the FS hobby you've got to have some kind of Zip-Unzip program. It doesn't have to be WinZip,any other compression utility will work. I still use one I bought years ago called Zip-it from Quarterdeck. I works just as good as it did three years ago so I'm staying with it.
