Hi all.

Now that I have my new machine up and running on Windoze XP, I've discovered that my analog Thrustmaster Attack Throttle, joystick and rudder pedals are not compatible with the operating system.

Thrustmaster reckon that the Attack throttle had been discontinued even
before XP was conceived, therefore no drivers were written for it.

Does anybody know if there is a workaround to get my gear working on XP or perhaps know of someone who has been confronted with this problem before?

Thanks in advance,

Bjoern

This worked for my Sidewinder Force Feedback Pro which didn't have specific XP drivers so it MIGHT work for you.

1.Plug in the joystistick and everything then boot up windows
2. Go to Control Panel and then Add Hardware
3. Follow the prompts and hopefully it will find your hardware

If that doesn't work
4. Select that you have already connected the hardware
5. Down the bottom of the list that comes up select "Add a new hardware Device"
6. Search for and install the hardware automatically.

If still not installed
7.Click Next, then Select "Sound, video & game contollers" from the list
8.find the brand of the hardware, so in your case Thrustmaster, and hopefully it will be in the list there.

Hope you figure it out
