In flight videos. Save to media player???

Hey all. How can you save flight videos to media player format? Anyone know how to do this? Thanks!

You can do it with a program called Fraps2 (google for it). Its payware but pretty inexpensive and is kind of a nifty little util. The vid caps aren't perfect but it does cap the sounds too and its really quick...
