Hi

Dont get any thing less then a 7200 RPM Hard drive , depending on your mother board and the Ram you have at the moment you should be able to get faster Memory.

Hi

Yes thats a better one to go for , depending on your mother board you can get a ATA-133 but that "Western Digital Private Label MDT 80GB 7200RPM ATA-100 Hard Drive" will be ok mate ( faster the better ) .

It just means that some motherboards can take the faster ATA 133 HD drives for a bit more speed , my one is a ATA 100 drive and it does fine for me.
