if you want to run fs2002 or fs2004, not possible.
if you want to run fs2000 - maybe.

You won't get the greatest experience on this system but don't be disheartened.
In the event you did upgrade;
RAM is the cheapest option here, find out how much the motherboard will support and of what kind. (If you don't have the manual then see what info comes up with the BIOS at boot, often the board model is displayed here).
PROCESSORS are fairly cheap if you avoid the top few models. If you are lucky then it is a SOCKET A processor and you may be able to up-gun it to one of the earlier Athlon XP+ chips. Again, searches on Google with your motherboard model will turn up your limitations.
VIDEO CARD is probably the most expensive option and as far as order of price goes here, maybe the third priority. Read all the archived video card threads on the forum to make your decision.
In the UK, 1Gb of speedy RAM (in 2 x 512Mb sticks) will set you back maybe £100. An OEM AMD XP+ processor £100, and a fair mid-range video card about £150.
Total cost £350. At this point though, weigh it up as you've probably reached the upgrade limit for your PC. A new base unit is relatively cheap in comparison, probably comes with the latest OS and a few goodies besides (DVD-R, CD-RW, etc). If you can stand the extra cash then you're better off in the long run with the new base and keeping your present monitor and peripherals.
Whatever you do, DO NOT spend £300 on a video card which will be bottlenecked by your other components.
