Uhhh, they're both great in certain circumstances.....plus if your motive was to stir another worthless large debate.....check www.tomshardware.com for both GPU's.

ATI for quality and performance.

Nvidia if you run 20 different games and you don't want to make tough choices on which driver to run to get decent all around performance, thereby reducing your overall experience down to what you get with an Nvidia card anyway.
