Is it the menus only. I ask because i notice the trees shimmering while i'm on the ground and its annoying i'm pretending its wind blowing on the trees but i just want to know if this is normal Thank you!

I'm not sure if this will cure the tree problem, but chance your mip map setting to 4 in the FS options-> display menu.
