I posted this in the Outer Marker before I remembered this new forum. Hopefully someone can give some advice. In an attempt to help a friend out with cash problems for Christmas, I offered to take a used monitor off his hands. The thing is, I have no idea at all what amount to offer him. As I recall, it's a Dell monitor (770 series?), not a year and a half old, 17" 1600 x 1200 in very good condition, used only for a home/office stuff, not long hours of gaming. Anyone have an idea of what I can offer that won't insult him or gouge me? Thanks.
