FS2004 config problem!

Does any one know why every time I start the sim it always updates the indexes and generating scenery files? I know this happens when you install new scenery but I haven't added anything recently. Any ideas?

I have the same problem, well not a real problem - just a pain.
It seems to have started about the time I installed the VOZ scenery
but there's probably no connection. Any help most appreciated.

Had the same thing here.....until my hd died. I'm sure that had nothing to do with it, but.....
