Hi, Some time ago I installed project opensky's C17,at the time I did not know about the" yes -no" message that comes up, ( I selected yes )
ever since then I have tried to install the C17 with no joy,the message no longer comes up ( so as I can select no ) I have tried:
Re-loading FS2004, I have removed every thing that has C17 in the file name. The aircraft shows up with parts missing.
I am running FS2004 on windows XP.
Any help please.
PJ. :(

Hello PJ:
Look in your fs9.cfg file under the section "FrameCallNoWarn" which will be in brackets. Unfortunately, this forum does not let one show the brackets that enclose the text.
I do not know exactly what the title will be, but you should see an entry in this section reading something like "C17=0", or whatever the proper title for your aircraft is equal to "0".
If you still have the bird installed, simply edit the "0" to be "1" and save the file.
If you have removed or cannot install the bird, delete that line, save the file and you should be able to install without any problem.
AS ALWAYS, make a backup copy of your file before you do anything!
Hope this helps.

Mike Stone has just released his flyable C-17
http://www.pmstone.com/
You might want to consider that fully FS2004 compatible aircraft as an alternative.

Yuppers. Or consider the C-17 payware model by FSD, released in a nice, $12.00 bundle with the T-38 Talon.
(I got these along with the P-180 Avanti, during the Christmas 2004 special when all three were available together for $25. :+)
SIGLINE: "Stealth is where it's not." :D

Now don't get me started on the Avanti.
I flew mine for 3 legs of the Avsim vs FlightSim vs Sim Outhouse RTW Race back in Feb.
Along with one leg in the PC-12 and one in the Vickers Vimy.
I saw a P-180 at MillionAir at KADS last weekend.
A little over two years ago I got to really look at one - up / down / inside / out over at KFTW.
