Pmdg 747 question about 2D panel

Hi guys i believe i have a little shake when the dome light or panel lights are on, not sure which setting exactly as there is so many light settings, can anyone confirm this with theres? Its on the left side of the altimeter and altitude instrument. 2D panel. Its a straight line of a texture that shimmers.

I get the same thing! Strange, as my video card is an Nvidia 6600GT.

Perhaps a certain video card setting or something?
