Installation Problems

I'm currently trying to load FS9 back onto my system and keep getting a warning about the installation stopping due to low memory for file swapping or a corupt .cab file. I don't think its the .cab file as it stops at different points all the time.

My system specs:
AMD +2200 (1.8GHz)
1.50Gb RAM
ATI Radeon 9600 256mb
120Gb HDD
40Gb HDD
Windows XP Pro SP2
Office 2003 Pro

Do you have a antivirus programe running. If so turn it off.

Yes i've disabled all my antivirus and firewalls, and also tried creating a new pageing file, and loading it from a selective startup. And although the last one of these worked (installed FS9) it now won't run correctly, with errors happening with the scenery, e.g some bits loading correctly other bits not.
