I've noticed on the screenshots section a lot of the airports are highly detailed and come with ground crew, etc. Where can I find these add on sceneries?

Look into the rwy12 program and all it's add-ons.

many addon airports come with ground crews and dynamic service fleets, i use Simflyers and UK2000 and these even have working jetways, UK2000 heathrow pro even has visable people walking along inside the buildings
