View Full Version : What happened to the Tomahawk?

A while ago there was one of the fine builders on the site doing a revamp of the Piper Tomahawk that Carenado had done. From what he had indicated it was going to be quite high quality. For some reason I have always loved the look of the Tomahawk and was wondering if anybody had hear anymore about this model?

Was wondering that myself. Not neccesarily a Tomahawk fan; just remembered that someone made a clamor about a new one and then just disappeared...

happens all the time, it's called life.
the number of projects that don't come to fruition is far greater than the number that do.

I think he's right. Noone probably knows except the developer himself. Those that do freeware are normal people like you and me and there are a hundred reasons why they may have to permanently or temporarily abandon a project :)

Don't get me wrong, I wasn't anywhere in my post suggesting that developers don't have the right to announce a progject then decide to not follow through on it. I know this particular builder was having some personal problems just after announcing this project (and I really hope things worked out ok for him). I only thought maybe that he might of mentioned something to somebody else, or he himself might of seen the post and felt like responding.
