Much head banging, blood, sweat and tears. I finally got my little Hooters 737-200s flying to Key West, Nassau, Tampa and Orlando, from Opalocka(KOPF). Air traffic control cannot recognize the HO for Hooters. I've loaded the latest update from "Edit Voicepack". I still cant find Hooters. What's a novice at using TTools to do? I know Hooters is really an offshot of Pace Airlines, but I cant find them either. Youse Guys know! Help a dummy out.

I've never done it myself...so don't ask! BUT...you should be able to record, with EditVoicePack and a microphone, your own "Hooters" .WAV file and enter it, somehow, into the FS9 sim. Carefully read the EVP instructions...I'm sure I remember a procedure for this.

Actually, you'll create new voicepacks by using the existing ones. No mic needed here. I am sure there will be a Hooters callsign in the libraries of the major sites.
Do a search, if not found I will be happy to create one for you. Just drop me a PM.

Good Grief! More of hassle than I anticipated. I'll wait till someone else does it.

There's a "Hooters Air" callsign in the Avsim library.

Popart...am I wrong, then? Can you not create your own .WAV?

Editvoicepack doesn't use WAV files. It uses the original MSFS soundpack for all the callsigns. You can create new callsigns by editing existing callsigns. It isn't too difficult.
(I must know, I have created more than one)

OK...I guess I'll follow my own advice and READ the MANUAL! LOL
Thanks Popart!

Found call signs on both flightsim and avsim. I tried them both and am not happy with either one. It sounds like huuters on one and hutters on the other. I'd like to hear the "whoo" in Hooters. In the meantime, I'll live with #1. Matthew Wilkens in c_signs. zip gives a 10 line information instruction set that makes the manipulation of edit voicepack painless. Thanks Matt!
