Stuttering

I am used to have some stuttering when I see some AI traffic around, or at severe weather and clouds. I can handle it, no problem.
But now I have this problem: Sometimes, when I run down by the runway, everything runs smoothly, but suddenly it starts stuttering making it impossible to continue. The image freezes for 5-10 seconds continuosly.
Once I get airborne, everything runs smooth again, but as soon as I touch down, the stuttering begins once again.

I have dowloaded the textures "aeu6",which I consider great. Can it be the problem?

My PC:
- OS: Microsoft Windows XP Professional
- Motherboard: MSI - MS-6712
- CPU: AuthenticAMD ~1730 MHz
- RAM: 1.024,00 MB
- Video Card: RADEON 9600 SERIES - 256,00 MB
- Video driver:ati2mtag.sys (6.14.10.6451, 728,50 KB, 15/05/2004
- Sound Card: Creative Sound Blaster PCI512

You are using almost the same set-up as I am, with the exception that my vid card is a 9700pro. I am not having the problems. There is a light version of aeu6 that you might want to try to see if that solves your problem. Does it happen at all airports, or just one? It could be due to a bad texture file. Also does it happen with all aircraft or just one? Try doing a takeoff from spot view and see if you have the same problem. You could also try re-installing your vid drivers and see if that helps. I am running the 4.7 betas from guru3d.com, and they seem to be very good. Also run dxdiag, and make sure that AGP acceleration is enabled.

"...Try doing a takeoff from spot view and see if you have the same problem...": Sometimes, when I change to spot view, it starts working fine, but as soon as I go back to the cockpit, it starts stuttering again.
