Hi, How does ULTIMATE TRAFFIC work ? Can I just download it and fly with to new traffic or do I have to set up alot of other little things ! to make it work right , thank you MIKE

You download it purchase it or installt he trial and then you need to download the updates and then you need to run the program compile it check all the boxes or it will not feel right and then keep clicking next or ok or whatever. Then go itno FS and boost traffic to 100% and fly :-p It sounds complicated but its pretty easy.

I have My Traffic 2004 V2, and all you need to do for that is purchase, download and install, everything is done for you. I assume Ultimate traffic would be similar.

As for a comparison between the two, My Traffic 2004 V2 indludes general aviation, military, cargo, and airliner AI aircraft, but does not use real world schedules, but rather uses "realistic" ones based on where different airlines should fly. My Traffic does use real airlines and the aircraft look like they should. The AI planes that come with My Traffic are designed to give you better framerates but arent' as detailed.

Ultimate Traffic uses actual schedules for the airline traffic, meaning that the planes will take off and land the same time as the real world ones do. But, it does not include military aircraft, and the general aviation aircraft are just the flight simulator default ones. Ultimate traffic's AI planes are designed to look good and are detailed, but will may give you worse framerates.

You will get a lot of different opinions but that is basically what sets the two apart, both are excellent products. If you mostly fly to big airports and want better looking AI planes around you, go with Ultimate Traffic, if you fly to smaller airports and bigger ones, or do military flying, want to see military aircraft (fighter jets, transport and other military planes), want to see different General aviation aircraft (singles, twins, small business jets), and want better framerates at the cost of not as detailed planes, then go with My Traffic 2004 V2.
