Braking problem...???

I just noticed that in all my aircraft whether I have the parking break on or wheather I'm applying the difrential brakes the aircraft creeps along even at engine idle. I'm sure it's just some adjustment I have to make to a file somewhere but I have no idea where. I am using a registered version of FSUIPC.

Edit Aircraft.cfg and do a search for {brakes}:

{brakes}
parking_brake = 1
toe_brakes_scale = 0.885 <--- increase this number to 1 or 2
