PMDG problem

I am curious if anyone else has had this problem with the PMDG 737-800/900 series. I can do an entire flight absolutely perfffffectly up until I reach the top of decent point enroute to my destination. What will happen is center will hand me off to approach, but before I can acknowledge handoff it seems as if I cant respond since when I press the corresponding button for the transmission nothing happens. Then FS will give me a message that it had to shutdown. Anyone know how to fix this??? I seen in the error report that something about the weather.dll is in it. But I've done many flights before and I've never had this problem, only when I fly the PMDG 737NG.

I think that the problem you have is a common one and that they released a small patch or will include it in the up comming service update.
