FSNavigator & lost ILS's

Not sure whether this is a scenery problem, AFCAD problem, of FSNavigator problem. At a few airports, most noticeably KBOS, I have lost the ILS indicators in FS Navigator.

Have used AFCAD for any occurrences of KBOS (Orig. & addon) and the ILS runways, freq's, etc are there. Run the FSNav database and, on the map view, these navaids don't show up. The ILS's are there in FS9 but just don't show on the map. Have some smaller airports that also have ILS approaches with the same problem. Short of wiping scenery, etc. can anyone think of the cause of this?

It seems to be a glitch. I thought I was the only one who noticed that happening...but I hadit happen to most of my Simflyer airports after I installed them and ran the FS Nav database compiler. Hope someone knows wexactly why this happens with both default scenery and Payware.

Make sure to run the database tool after you update scenery. FSNavigator needs to know about the data changes!

Ran the FSNav database after all scenery changes, etc. No luck. Tried deleting via AFCAD, in this case KBOS, and then reloaded via AFCAD KBOS, ran the FSNav database utility and checked to make sure the "load to FS" was correct. Still no luck.

Anyone have any idea why these navaids disappear from FSNav. I know it's not that great program causing the problem. It's just no reading something. Thanks

Hi Fakebill,

I'm not sure whether its in the accompanying readme or in a subsequent Forum posting, but for the excellent KBOS scenery you need to UNTICK the box when running the FSNavigator NAV update utility. You'll then get all your navaids back.

Thanks Alastair, Had already tried the unclick/reclick, etc. approach to the database without success. I do have the excellent KBOS scenery but removed it and tried again without it and no luck getting the ILS's back on the FSNav map. Really puzzling me!
