Which are better AI aircraft to use, Project AI or AI Ardvark? Pros and Cons please. Oh yeah, I finally got my MDDC to ride my motorcycle on post.

Projectai easier. Aardvark more frame rate friendly.

Sorry for the likely stupid question but I'm new here
What's an AI aircraft? And what benefit does it bring?
I checked the FAQ but no mention of any AI aircrafts...
You already have them in FS9, the other planes that fly around with you that are computer controlled. AI Artifical Intelligents A/C. You can get payware or freeware packages which put real world aircraft/airlines in the skies and parked at gates etc. Some of the more sophisticated ones like My Traffic 2004 whicn is payware, puts the right aircraft at the right airports and in the skies around the world. It even varies the flow of traffic depending on what time of day or night you arrive. If you want to try one of these packages there is a freeware one at www.flightsim.com called ga-traff.zip

I use 'em both! If I find that UT doesn't have an a/c or uses a default paint scheme for an a/c I'm looking for, then I go on a search. AI Aardvark is usually my first stop, but I also rely heavily on PAI. Both are great!
I agree with a previous post...AIA are more frame rate friendly, but I've only noticed a VERY little drop with PAI planes.
The AIA planes are really beautiful, the PAI library seems to be larger.
My advice: use both! :-)

Dave
