The 421 is a great plane. You might want to consider purchasing the Realtity XP530 gps because the one that comes with the aircraft is not fully functional.

Will the supplied GPS fly a flight plan on autopilot? I only recently tried doing so and have not figured it out yet. No, I have not tried RTFB yet.
