I tried ut Project AI and downloaded it at porjectai.com. I installed about 15 airlines w/ project AI and i installed them for FS9 on automatic install. Now i barely see the planes now, i see an ocassional American Airlines AI aircraft, so i kno that i installed it right. But in the pics at project AI's website there are AI planes littered all over the place. I have my AI traffic setting to 80% but i still barely see any new Project AI planes. I just see the defualt liveries even when i go to busy airports like gatwick or atlanta and JFK. wats wrong?

have you installed any AFCAD files?

if not, you're parking areas will be quite limited and if you still have default aircraft in there...they could be taking up the spots.

i would definitely get rid of all default airliners 1st. then add a few AFCAD files and check those airports out.

no i didnt. How can u delete the defualt airlines?

well...the way i did it was to just move the original flightplans030528.bgl file to another location on my HD and let TrafficTools compile another new one with only my flightplans in it.

another way you can do it is to edit the aircraft.cfg file of each default aircraft and change title line by 1 letter.

and example is in the default b737_400. if you go into the aircraft.cfg file you'll notice 5 repaints listed 1st. in each repaint there is a line that begins with "title=..." just add the letter "x" (or whatever) to the end of the line on each repaint (title=Boeing 737-400 Paint1X). do this for all default aircraft and the next time you fire up FS they should be gone.

thats very confusin is their another easer way? i cabt fibd where flightplans030528.bgl is wat folder is it in?

FS9 directory\Scenery\World\Scenery I believe. I'd just rename the extension to .oldbgl or something along those lines to not have FS load it.

Visit ProjectAI again, and download the various packages for removing the default aircraft. They are under the installer and special packages selection.
