sorry to post this here, but the FSD support forum on their site will not accept my email address to register. I was wondering if any owners of the navajo would be willing to tell me what kind of fps there are getting in the 2d panel and vc. I do not have a very powerful system and I have been running into problems with third party aircrafts that bring down my cockpit fps to an unflyable level.

Thanks for any replies,
Dave

Dave,
My FS set up is:
P4,2.0
FX 5600
896 Ram
win XPHi

Traffic (Ultimate Traffic (Superb!))is set at 76%
Frame rate is set at unlimited

In VC section of Navajo panel.cfg I have changed where "1024" occurs
to "512".This reduces gauge clarity but helps the frames and suits my use of the VC .(Looking out the windows!)

At Edinburgh Airport using Scotflight scenery (quite demanding on frames)my frame rates are:
2d cockpit 23/24

3d cockpit 18/19

hope that is of use.

he should have much trouble with it, FSD keeps it frame-friendly from sim version to sim version. I'm with them before P4 even came out :)
(It was a freeware (but heavy!) C-172 pack back then, was a frame-friendly as current stuff is).

Ofcourse not unles you have a 1.7Ghz or less, I can't speak for that.
