How to get activeradar(activesky 2004) working?

I decided to buy activesky 2004 (upgrade version with activesky 2002 installed).Good decision!But I don't get those coloured graphics in the activeradar-screen...Did I forgot something???

Hi All,

I think I answered over at AVSIM, but I'll answer here too! First, I hope the Radar is showing winds data. That tells us that things are working correctly. Next, go to an airport with rain or snow. Radar only shows precip. Now, the green/gray display can be changed to color by using the radar options at the top of the radar screen.

thanks,I will try that tomorrow,but when I understand it right,there are no colours in the screen when it's not raining or snowing,even when it's cloudy???

Yes Hans, it shows only precepitation, no clouds, you can have the whole sky full of clouds, if there is no precipitation, you won't see anthing...But the radar works just fine, flew out today of CYUL and there was pleny of snow...
