Hi,
as you probably know, the SRTM Files for Europe are available and there are some (at least two, maybe three) products to choose from (Mesh addons for Fs2004 with 90 meter resolution).
First I like to mention Justin from FSGenesis who is doing a great job and has some reputation in the Flightsim community.
He offers the European Mesh Package for about 9 US$. Including all countries in the european community and some more...
Next competitor is Raimondo Taburet from simflight.com, he offers the European SRTM Mesh in same resolution and quality as far as I know...
At Simflight.com you have to pay 8,99€ (1 Euro equals to 1,14 US$) for *each* european country mesh from Raimondo Taburet.
At the moment we have 15 countries in the european community, 10 more countries joining next year.
Even if you only want the major countries, you have to pay ten times more for the Taburet mesh.
Just my personal opinion.
Yesterday I posted a message at www.simflight.de concerning this matter, I only mentioned that there is a competitor who offers the complete european mesh for 9 US$...
The next day, my message was deleted without any comment.
My only intention is to give you some advice, get informed, choose where to buy, very often knowledge helps to save money...
