File Library Problem....

Not sure who to contact about this, but when I try to download EPWR from the 'New Files' section of the FS2004 forum, I get an error saying it cannot be found. Is there any chance of this being fixed since Flightsim.com is the only place that I found this scenery.

but it appears in the section and has all the files listed :-hmmm
