FS9 and Traffic tools

Hi, I am new to TT and have created a simple flight in TT...I start the sim and go to the specific airport that the newly created flight plan is, change the time and my planes start to roll....they get to the hold short position and just sit there until they disappear? No ATC chatter nothing???? What am I doing wrong? here is the line from my flight plans txt so u can view it..Any help is really appreciated.. I am using default planes and airports with no modifications.

I'm a bit rusty at this, but your times look wrong. I think it says you are starting engines on the ramp at CYTZ at 12:00 (noon) going to fly to CYHM taxi to parking, shut down before heading back to CYTZ. And you are going to do all of this in 30 minutes (departing CYHM 12:30)?
